The surface of the dial is also executed with a brushed and polished laser-ablated wave-effect pattern, creating a sense of depth against a set of luminous coated central hands. The hour track, represented in circular and rectangular-shaped indexes has also received a generous helping of luminous material, guiding the wearer to precision timekeeping during the night. Powering the hands of this Seamaster Diver 300M watch is the Omega Master Chronometer Calibre 8800, which provides a 55-hour power reserve.
